1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the DealsGate website, application, and related services (the "Platform"), operated by THE TAP OF GRACE MEDIA HOUSE (RC: 3090954) trading as DealsGate. By creating an account, checking the required policy consent boxes, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (e.g. NIN/BVN for individuals; CAC and authorised officer ID for businesses) before creating deals, funding deals, accepting agent jobs, or withdrawing funds.

3. Protected Deal Process

Typical stages include: Deal created and guarantee paid → Buyer funds → Job open to LGA agents → Agent Accepts → Inspection & Evidence submitted → Buyer Evidence Gate (Approve/Dispute) → Logistics → In transit → Delivered → Release or refund.

4. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, clear counterfeits sold as genuine, stolen property, and other categories in the Prohibited Items List are strictly banned. Paying or receiving payment outside Platform rails is prohibited.
