2. Respect & safety

No harassment, hate, or threats toward users, agents, or staff. Do not pressure Vet Agents to change verdicts.

3. Anti-fraud

No collusion, fake inspections, multi-accounting, or false KYC.

4. Enforcement

Warnings, trust-score impact, suspension, permanent ban, guarantee forfeiture, and legal referral where warranted.
