Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Buyer cancellation before Vet Agent inspection

If no seller breach: item funds returned; Vet Agent fee refunded if inspection not commenced. Buyer service fee is forfeited.

2. Failed Vet Agent inspection (material discrepancy)

Buyer refund: Item Price + Buyer Fee + Vet Agent Fee + Logistics Fee paid. Seller Verification Guarantee (N5,000) is forfeited.

3. Transit damage — total rejection

Buyer receives full refund. Seller Verification Guarantee is refunded to seller. Logistics bears to-and-from transport cost.

4. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute with evidence. Outcomes: full refund, release to seller, partial refund, or other evidence-based resolution.
